Our Client is looking for Technical Team Leaders to join their National Security and Defence arm.
Candidates will need to be British Citizens and ideally would be security cleared.
Our client has extensive experience of the national security and Defence market, which has been developed over more than 30 years. Within this market, we work with a wide range of clients to address some of the most challenging information problems. Problems that affect the delivery of critical services for the protection of national interests at home and overseas.
Specifically we: • Provide technical and management consultancy to enable clients to operate effectively. • Deliver specialised solutions, characterised by high performance and innovation, using a combination of consultancy, software and hardware. Many areas of this market have very high barriers to entry and we are one of few trusted suppliers. Our work in national security remains a core element of the business today and will be key to our future success.
Responsibilities We are looking for a strong technical team lead who can design, implement and deliver the system, work effectively with the Customer and lead the team. We are a growing group of motivated people who all take on responsibility to meet and exceed our clients' expectations. Previous Experience: In addition to a solid academic background in a numerate discipline from a respected university we are interested in significant experience in some or all of the following areas (in no particular order): • Application development and integration; • C#; • .NET; • Sharepoint; • Team leading (3+ developers) and staff mentoring; • Development of innovative solutions and technical 'white-papers' and accompanying commercial proposals; • Customer-facing delivery.
