Our client requires a a TTO or Go live manager to join their team of consultants working with the Government in Cheltenham.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities
These could include but not necessarily limited to:
• Support planning and preparation
• Product testing, acceptance, and rollout management
• Test planning
• Product assurance
• Business change liaison
• Infrastructure procurement and management
• Access control enabling and management
• Testing and TTO environment preparation
• End-to-end test planning and management
• Stakeholder management
• Software licence management
• Release planning and management
• Defect management
• Change management
• Resource management (client and non-client)
• Product accreditation
• Issues and risk management

The Individual

Mu Must Have
A good understanding of:
• Management methodologies and processes
• Client delivery
• Testing and acceptance principles
• Service Management
Experience in:
• Project planning
• Stakeholder identification and management
The role is based largely on the client site and the team is split between offices and client site so the candidate must be able to work in a client facing environment, and be able to communicate at both a technical level with the technical team at their offices, client technical teams and at a business level with the client and client facing business consultants
The candidate must also be highly organised, have strong personal motivation.
